intensive we will access and honor the deeper stirrings
of our psyches, consciousness, and souls. We will use
the creative arts, ritual, and connection with the
natural world to deepen our relationship with our inner
wisdom. Exercises will include: guided imagery, visual
art, wanderings in nature, dream work, movement, sensory
awareness, shadow work, soul inspired writing, and
self-guided ceremony.
