Becoming a Love and Logic Parent — Judy Girard, MA,

Providing workshops that teach the unique Love
and Logic approach to raising children which puts
teachers and parents in control, teaches children to be
responsible, and prepares them for the real world. The
presentation is done in a fun environment while coaching
you to be a Love and Logic teacher or parent. The class
meets for seven consecutive weeks, two hours each week.

A supportive and structured group to address a variety of anxiety-provoking situations (i.e., heights, dental, social, driving, flying, public speaking, and many other intrusive fears). Participants will develop their individual treatment plan for eliminating fears and work in the group as a team to support each member to accomplish goals. Physiology, heredity, and conditioning of fears will be discussed. Stress reducing techniques, challenging obsessive fear thoughts, and progressive exposure work is central to the group process.

women's group is designed as a retreat from daily life
in order to focus on what has become lost in your life:
YOU! Through experiential exercises, group interactions,
and personal homework, participants explore their
cluttered calendar, transitions, roots, choosing the
colors of one's life, lightening one's loads, nurturing
body and soul, balance and boundaries, and planning
second journeys. The goal is to discover yourself and
make effective decisions.
