Exempla Lutheran Medical Center now offers Circle of Support, a new support group for those caring for a chronically or seriously ill person. This group is offered free of charge.

Re-Inventing Yourself After a Life Change: For Women In Transition — Linda Woods, MA, LPC
Based upon Joan Anderson's book, "A Weekend to Change Your Life" (with permission), this 10-week women's group is designed as a retreat from daily life in order to focus on what has become lost in your life:  YOU! Through experiential exercises, group interactions, and personal homework, participants explore their cluttered calendar, transitions, roots, choosing the colors of one's life, lightening one's loads, nurturing body and soul, balance and boundaries, and planning second journeys. The goal is to discover yourself and make effective decisions.
