Eating Disorders Support for Family & Friends — Joan Unruh, LPC
A four-week group connecting parents, spouses, partners and friends in understanding the role of each in recovery. The purpose of this group is to give and receive support and education and to exchange ideas about how an eating disorder has impacted your loved one. Time is equally divided between teaching, group activities, and open discussion forum.

The Eat Well for Sobriety Program — Lynn Smith MS, RD
Substance abuse causes real, measurable, biochemical damage to the body. The Eat Well for Sobriety Program addresses ways in which to use food and nutrients to repair this damage resulting in reduced cravings and improvements in mood, anxiety, and sleep. The five-week program meets for one and a half hour classes and includes one individual nutrition consultation with Lynn Smith MS, RD.
