Change Your Life" (with permission), this 10-week
women's group is designed as a retreat from daily life
in order to focus on what has become lost in your life:
YOU! Through experiential exercises, group interactions,
and personal homework, participants explore their

colors of one's life, lightening one's loads, nurturing
