Adolescent Poetry, Art and Music Group (PAM) – Lost and Found Inc.
This is a co-ed therapeutic healing group for youth ages 12 and up, utilizing the modalities of the creative arts:  poetry, art, music, creative writing, etc.  This will be a safe place for group participants to express themselves creatively and experience healing.

Finding Our Way Through: A Creativity Workshop for Individuals with Chronic Illness

Chronic illness is a powerful rite of passage. So often those in its labyrinth feel confused, isolated and as the world is falling apart. But amidst the challenges there are also precious teachings. In this class, we will dispel the myths surrounding our illnesses, embrace its gifts and reclaim our creativity. We will use the creative arts, movement, writing, ceremony and connection with the natural world to deepen our relationship with our inner wisdom and discover the truth of who we are now.

Re-Inventing Yourself After a Life Change: For Women In Transition — Linda Woods, MA, LPC
Based upon Joan Anderson's book, "A Weekend to Change Your Life" (with permission), this 10-week women's group is designed as a retreat from daily life in order to focus on what has become lost in your life:  YOU! Through experiential exercises, group interactions, and personal homework, participants explore their cluttered calendar, transitions, roots, choosing the colors of one's life, lightening one's loads, nurturing body and soul, balance and boundaries, and planning second journeys. The goal is to discover yourself and make effective decisions.

The Soul's Journey: Finding Your Place in the World, an 8-week Experiential Workshop for Women

Unearth your true self and learn to live authentically in world. In this intensive we will access and honor the deeper stirrings of our psyches, consciousness, and souls. We will use the creative arts, ritual, and connection with the natural world to deepen our relationship with our inner wisdom. Exercises will include: guided imagery, visual art, wanderings in nature, dream work, movement, sensory awareness, shadow work, soul inspired writing, and self-guided ceremony.
