Binge Eating & Bulimia Support Group

This group is designed for individuals who are experiencing patterns of overeating and/or binge eating. A subset of this group also addresses purging behaviors such as vomiting, excessive exercise, and other means of purging. In addition to food, group topics include body image, obsessive thoughts, self-esteem, relationships, perfectionism and
maintaining motivation to recover.
Tuesdays, 7:00-8:30 pm / $48 per group/

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) for Teens Lost and Found Inc.
This group is open to anyone age 10 and up and will teach EFT as a method using acupressure points to resolve emotional or behavioral problems and to reduce stress. This method is also very useful for pain management and sports enhancement. This group will teach EFT as a tool to use outside of therapy for life management and enhancement.

Phobias & Fears Joan Unruh,

A supportive and structured group to address a variety of anxiety-provoking situations (i.e., heights, dental, social, driving, flying, public speaking, and many other intrusive fears). Participants will develop their individual treatment plan for eliminating fears and work in the group as a team to support each member to accomplish goals. Physiology, heredity, and conditioning of fears will be discussed. Stress reducing techniques, challenging obsessive fear thoughts, and progressive exposure work is central to the group process.

Skills for Self-Control for Adolescents Lost and Found Inc.
This co-ed skills group helps youth ages 12-18 learn skills and strategies for emotional balance and healthy relationships. Group will work on identifying emotions and techniques to lower stress as well as skills for inter/intra-personal effectiveness.
