Driving Directions to Centennial Peaks Hospital
We are conveniently located between Denver and Boulder, just off
of US Highway 36 (the Boulder Turnpike). We are at
the intersection of S. 88th St. and Health Park Drive,
near Avista Hospital and Monarch High School.
**Please note, if you are coming from Denver, do NOT use
Mapquest.com directions--they will instruct you to take a
private drive (Tape Drive) which is not accessible to
regular traffic.
FROM DENVER
Take I-25 north to Hwy-36 (the Boulder Turnpike).
Exit west
onto US 36 and travel to the City of Superior/ McCaslin
Boulevard exit.
Take the Superior exit and turn right (north)
onto McCaslin Boulevard.
Stay in the far right lane.
Turn right (east) on Dillon Road (the first
light after turning onto McCaslin).
Follow Dillon Road through the residential area
to S. 88th Street.
Turn right (south) on S. 88th Street.
Proceed to the first stop light which is Health
Park Drive.
Turn right on Health Park Drive and take an immediate right into our parking lot.
FROM BOULDER
Take Hwy-36
(the Boulder Turnpike) east to the City of Superior/
McCaslin Boulevard exit.
Exit onto McCaslin Blvd. and turn left (north).
Move into the right lane.
Turn right (east) on Dillon Road .
Follow Dillon Road through the residential area to
S. 88th Street.
Turn right (south) on S. 88th St.
Proceed to the first stop light which is Health
Park Drive.
Turn right on Health Park Drive and take an immediate right into our parking lot.
FROM LONGMONT
Take
Highway 287 (Main Street) or 95th St. (Hover Road) south to Dillon Road.
Turn right on Dillon Road and travel to S. 88th
St.
Turn left on S. 88th St.
Proceed to the first stop light which is Health
Park Drive.
Turn right on Health Park Drive and take an immediate right into our parking lot.
FROM GOLDEN
Take State Highway 93 North to State Highway 128.
Turn right (east) on State Highway 128.
Continue on Highway 128 to McCaslin Blvd.
Turn left (north) on McCaslin Blvd.
Continue on McCaslin to Dillon Road (which is
just past Hwy-36).
Turn right (east) on
Dillon Road.
Follow Dillon Road through the residential area to
S. 88th Street.
Turn right (south) on S. 88th St.
Proceed to the first stop light which is Health
Park Drive.
Turn right on Health Park Drive and take an immediate right into our parking lot.
