Levels of Care

  • Inpatient Detoxification is designed to provide a safe, medically-monitored substance detoxification and a solid start towards recovery.  Patients stay in the hospital for this treatment

  • Inpatient Rehabilitation provides a short-term in-hospital treatment experience in a safe, 24-hour-care setting.  This program is for individuals requiring inpatient treatment but not acute detoxification.  Patients may enter the rehabilitation program following detoxification or directly from the community.

  • Centennial Peaks Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides three hours of structured therapy per day, three days per week, for eight weeks. This program is designed to allow the patient to maintain a relatively normal work and home schedule while learning recovery skills. IOP utilizes a cognitive, medical, and family system approach.  Therefore we strongly encourage support system participation.
